AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
For all our orders placed before 12pm AEST on weekdays, will be shipped the following business day. Dispatch of orders may be delayed where address or payment information requires correction or verification. In addition, we also will contact you as soon as possible if any problem accord. We current use Auspost and Sendle to deliver our orders. A tracking number will be provided.
Standard Shipping for orders over $50 or more is on us!

If we would like to pick up your order at the coffee shop in Hornsby and say hi to our team at the following day, YOU ARE SO WELCOME! For all our orders placed before 8pm AEST on weekdays, the order will be ready to pick up on the following business day. We are going to love to see your beautiful face and presence at the coffee shop to pick up your order.

RETURNS
Coffee Lover, we are sorry to hear that there was something wrong.
But here are some information: If in the event of your purchase the item was a faulty item, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product, upon presentation of your proof of purchase. It must be returned within 14 days after purchase or delivered at your house. Go to contact page and fill up the email form, please.
That way we will be able to fix your problem as soon as possible.
